My recently purchased PlayStation 4 is not booting into the operating system. Â Instead, it prompts me to update the software to 2.3. Â When I try to update the the ps4, it gives me an error: Â ps4 error SU-34311-2
I could not get in contact with Sony PlayStation (maybe due to the HUGE hack that just hit them -2014). Â So I decided to take it back to Walmart. Â The moral of this story is to GET the WARRANTY!
