Lessons learned for n00bs online: You can’t trust everyone you meet online. They can post pictures, give you phone numbers, addresses, talk real nice, and seem to have lots in common with you but that doesn’t really mean anything because all that stuff can be falsified. I’ve met lots of cool people online, but I’ve also met a couple of sick, sad and even evil individuals. Bottom line is that you have to be a little conservative with your trust when online.
