I just received two of these at the same time. It is such a pain in the butt. Next time don’t even bother opening them just send them to scam mail. I open them just to see how much they say I have won. Where ever it is take my name off the list.

I received two emails on the same day (1/26/09), with nearly the same information as shown above, except that the online co-ordinator was Mr. Kimberly Perry. Yes, Mr. The reply letter from Barr.James Ben. that Jon shared with us has at least a dozen errors in it! Therer is nothing professional about a correspondence that includes so many errors. Yes, it’s very irritating to receive such ‘grand’ bogus information. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to prevent such spam and fraud from coming in to my email?

I just received a similar email today… but sounding too good to be true, i checked the internet ro make sure. I think people should stop being so gullible and do their research before handing over large amounts of money to complete strangers. I wish there was a way to keep people from doing these things but unfortunately we can’t control this. However, is there a way to catch the perps?

I am sent anywhere up to half a dozen scam emails every day. Most of them I just delete but every so often I will compose a reply. There must be suckers who believe what they are told, otherwise the scammers would become discouraged and do something else instead. I am told that 100 years ago or more an elderly uncle of my mother – mayor of a town in Nova Scotia – received a letter informing him that he had been left – or had won – a large sum of money in a foreign country and had to go there to collect it. When he got there he discovered that it didn’t exist, that it was a scam of some sort, perhaps operated by whoever sold him the ticket. He kept quiet about what had happened because he was embarrassed. Some the scams I am sent require the greedy recipient to pose as someone or something they are not, so they can’t complain when they discover they have been rooked. I wish the government or the law would show some interest in these shysters and make life more difficult for them – they are a menace to ordinary (but gullible) people.

I also am one who received the YOU WON $5,500,000. notification Apr. 29, 2009.

Naturally, I was delighted, but wondering.

If I did win this money I would appreciate receiving it. I certainly will not burry it, but will spend it and invest it in property, equipment for my office, and see to it that some worthy, after investigation, as to how it will be spent, CHARITY, gets some of. I need an automobile as well. Got a granddaughter who wants to go to college and become a Medical doctor. Have a great granddaughter who is 3 and needs an eye on her future, but only after she proves herself as she matures.

Fell for a scam, I hope not. I didn’t ask for it, but if it is true, I’m certainly willing to accept it.

Chevron/Texaco? A really decent gas station company. The head office, I know nothing about. Only that I can go to a station and pump gas and run down the road to my destination. I would hope that the Chevron/Texaco Company and their affiliates get into growing HEMP for biofuel, as that is where Diesel came from in the first place. Do you suppose pumping all that oil out of the surface of our planet could be creating a void that could cause earthquakes? Growing HEMP in the good ole USA would provide lots of jobs, and tons of different products that surpass other products from other sources and provide Diesel Oil as it was originally manufactured by Diesel, and gasoline and delicious, nutritious oils and seeds.

I would appreciate being at the head of several plants here in Montana, servicing ccops such as they have in Canada to provide income for farmers here in Montana as well as income for the many workers that would be needed to keep the farms running efficiently and productively, as well as the plants where the HEMP seeds and fiber would be processed for shipping to factories for the production of the mutiplural products HEMP already provides, but so far our Drug Enforcement is still confused over the seed of HEMP. The seed of HEMP has been hybred by Canadian Research Agricultural entities, and is NOT a drug producing plant any longer. Actually these HEMP planats’ pollen erradicate the Marijuana plant that carries the drug.

OK I just got through providing my thoughts on the subject. Sure, present me with the winning you declared in my e-mail. It did not say one fifth of the $5,500.000. but the whole amount of $5,500,000 as my winnings.

I certainly hope that this is true. I hate to suspect everything around me as scamm and con. Something has to be truthful. But there certainly are a lot of scammers out there. One of them is Jim Walters, who I believe is a real big liar and thief, using a thetharus to fill in words that should really say COST, fork over your money on a continual basis.

IMC Club, if any of you get tricked. He even makes his click here for FREE information, catch you with costing $197. Now that he had your first $1.oo for charity, he has your Visa Number and away goes your money. The $197 is just the beginning, next he sends you stuff that if “WORTH” all sorts of huge figures that total $7,500. That would take my Social Security check money for 6 months, so that he can drink, smoke stogies, or drive fancy vehicles, stay in hotels around the world, and just plain, LAZ IT UP, on your money, while you starve to death. Maybe he thinks you can exist, somehow for 6 months before the Soc. Sec. finds you dead and swollen in your little rented house. Maybe even burst open with lies devouring your rotting corpse.

Just received one of the Chevron/Texaco scam e-mails $750,000 and 4 other people

I actually did win a sweeps prize not long ago ($200.00 watch), and at first I started to ignore it because I thought it might be one of these scam deals. It was from NRA and I did answer and watch came in 3 or 4 days.

Sweepstakes magazines and “centers” constantly remind you not to give out any important info and DO NOT SEND MONEY to “cover shipping costs, etc.”

Wow! Can Chevron do something about these Scam! Their name is big and influential in the business world. And it is being used for fraud and being scandalized. To these people behind these scams, will you please stop this nonsense, preying on peolpe's hard earned. Or you might end up with the biggest scam of yoyr life.
