GMail Anti-Virus – Powered by Sophos

Because Google has not revealed which company powers their anti-virus service for Gmail, a blogger has taken the challenge of finding out into his own hands. By testing several malware against known databases and against the GMail service, he has determined that Sophos is behind the GMail Anti-virus.
