Then I went and deposited the Draft with FEDEX EXPRESS DELIVERY, West Africa, I travelled out of the country for three Months Course and I will not come back till end of July.

I recieved the same sort of letter asking that I pay a fee for deliivery .
I also recieve many other likle emails ,I would like to know where I can foward them to see if they are scams
