I received a note in my E-mail saying excately what it says above.

If I donot have a Bank Account, does that mean that i will not receive a Refund??

I received a message saying what the note above is saying. Now I Have som questions to ask
1- How do you know what the last two Numbers are in my Persons SSN??

2- If I don’t have a savings/checking account , WillI still be eligable for a Refund
Check??

3- If the answer is “No “to the Question above, would’nt that be a form of Discrimation ???

4- If the answer is yes , will I receive my Refund Check At my home Address???
and can I open up a savings/checking Account with the refund Check???

The reson i ask these questions is because there is to much theft , I.D.fraud, and Scams happing today. I’ve already been a victim of fake people and their bogus sweepstake Scams which caused me to lose my bank account at a well known Bank,

But I should have known that Nothing is Free Now a day and I was hoping that , there was some Honest People out there somewhere

This can Happen to Anyone of us at any givin time or day.. so I do’nt feel like I’am alone when i ask these Questions . I just hope ,that maybe this is for real this time.
