Here is sample letter from a “woman” named Sadia. She is from Ghana, she is part American Indian and African. She enjoys long walks in the part and is an English Literary genius:

This girl is a definite scammer. She is registered on various websites with different names and scam innocent men in search for love.
My impression is, she supports herself by doing this type of activity and lives large
in Ghana.
Men be aware, do not allow yourself to fall for her beauty. She will tell you all the endless things you want to hear to get in your pocket. I corresponded with her for a brief time, and every week, she had a different story to ask for money. She lives on the computer in search for her next victim.
Apparently, the Ghana dating scam isn’t all about the women it’s men too. Men pretending to be well off and wanting to rescue a woman from the evils of American men - plus they want to treat you like a queen! Now they’re posting on dating sites claiming to live in an American city but now out of the country building bridges or some type of humanitarian work.
I was taken in by a beautiful lady named Helina Franklin. She was to come here to me in US. I met her and before I knew it, I was sending money for a visa (350.00) She was calling 2 to 3 times a day and I thought this was real. I then sent money for a ticket(1200.00) Then she told me she needed pocket money and she said to send(1250.00) This man then called from his cell phone and said she needed money for (airport tax) and (baggage fee) and he said it was (530.00) I also sent (500.00) to assist in personal money. She never made it to airport. She called and said she had been kidnapped by mafia, and they wanted (10,000.00) for her release. This is when I knew for sure that I was being scammed. I told her that I did not have the money so she would have to call Ghana and raise money. The man Prince Faiti called me later to say that hje had raised 4500.00 and wanted me to send him the other 5500.00 to have her released so she could come to me. I told him that I knew this was a scam and I was calling police. He then said ” hold on, she isnt kidnapped she was caught with drugs in Londonand this money is to pay fine, she has to have it by today or she will be deported back to Ghana and thrown in jail so I better act fast ” I tlod him to forget about me paying anymore money and Im repoting him to authorities. I havent heard any more from him or Helina. I
The sad thing is Im recently divorced and new to internet. I had no idea girls would take your money, but I never researched anything either. I fell for this and went and borrowed money to send to her, Money that Im making payments on for next 2 years. So now I know about scams. I am a victim of Helina Franklins love scam. I just had to tell someone and get it out. I am so depressed about it though and its a bad feeling to be taken. It has made me smarter but now Im broke and paying for it.
Newly Scammed
i have been talking to a woman from ghana for a couple of months,i will not send money to her and she has not asked, how or what is the legal way to get the process started on bringing her to the U.S.A.
Her name Is iren chinda she took 750.00 dallars and a camera from me. i am crazy to let this happen never again, i had 4 more girl try never again.
